Rate Increase

The Board approved a rate increase of 5% at the November Board meeting, effective January 1, 2026, to offset Osgood's increase and rising operating costs.

Most PRVs have a very fine screen that may get dirty or clogged which can cause low, fluctuating or no water pressure. Cleaning these screens may improve your pressure.
