The Program outlines the responsibilities of customers to prevent the entry of pollutants and contaminants into our water system as well as possible solutions.

Please note if you have a Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV):

Most PRVs have a very fine screen that may get dirty or clogged which can cause low, fluctuating or no water pressure. Cleaning these screens may improve your pressure.
